8-Day Exchange Program – Participation Process
We are delighted to welcome you to Okinawa for an immersive journey into the history, culture, and practice of authentic Ryukyu Karate.
Please follow the steps below to complete your registration and prepare for your visit.

  1. Select Your Travel Month & Begin Visa Preparation (1–3 Months in Advance)
    Decide the month you wish to join the program.
    If you require a visa to enter Japan, please begin preparing your application 1–3 months before your planned travel date.
  2. Registration & Deposit Payment
    To secure your place in the program, please complete your registration and send the deposit via one of the following methods:
  • PayPal
  • Western Union
  • Bank Transfer
  1. Submit Participant Information
    Please send the following documents for all participants:
  • Full member list
  • Passport copies
  1. Receive Official Invitation & Guarantee Letter
    After your registration is confirmed, we will issue and send:
  • Official Invitation Letter
  • Guarantee Letter
    These documents are required for your visa application.
  1. Apply for Your Visa at the Japanese Embassy
    Bring the following to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate:
  • Passport
  • Official Invitation Letter
  • Guarantee Letter
    Submit your visa application according to embassy guidelines.
  1. Visa Support by a Member of the Japanese Parliament
    To support your application, we will request assistance from a Japanese Member of Parliament.
    No additional action is required from participants.
  2. Seminar Fee Payment (After Visa Approval)
    Once your visa is issued, please complete the seminar fee payment via:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Western Union
  • PayPal
    Alternatively, you may pay upon arrival at Naha Airport.
  1. Arrival in Japan (Naha Airport)
    Japanese immigration procedures have become stricter in recent years.
    Please ensure you carry:
  • Passport
  • Invitation Letter & Guarantee Letter
  • Documents explaining the purpose of your visit
  • Karate uniform (Karategi)
    Having all documents ready will help ensure a smooth entry into Japan.
